Areas of Service

We believe it's the responsibility of all Christians to maintain a servant's heart and to contribute to the body of Christ in spiritual and practical ways. 

 

But whoever would be great among you must be your servant.  Matthew 20:26

Deaconess Volunteers

​

​This team works along side our Deaconesses by serving in one of the following areas:
 

  • Meal Ministry: provide/deliver a meal for those who are sick or recovering
     

  • Funerals: provide a dessert; set up/serve/clean up (must be available during the day)
     

  • Kitchen Team: keep our kitchen clean and presentable
     

  • Homebound: send an encouragement card weekly; visit our homebound

Welcome Team

​

This area of service is all about:

 

  • Connecting with New Faces on Sunday mornings
     

  • Providing Information for events and classes at Grace Central
     

  • Assisting with Seating for the morning service

Student Ministries

​

We are looking for volunteers who will fit our vision of: Godly adults coming alongside teenagers to help them think and live biblically.  Volunteers needed for Tuesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Outreach Ministry​

​

This ministry has all kinds of ways to serve! From  helping carry out events, to conducting video interviews, training disciple-makers, sports ministries, local disaster relief, or other areas - the Outreach Ministry is all about becoming salt & light in our community.

Missions Advocate​

​

This ministry is for members who are passionate about staying connected with our missionaries in the field and working with the Missions Committee to communicate needs and other important information.

Grace K!DS Crew

​

The Grace K!DS Crew is a team that is invested in helping kids learn to love and live for Jesus. We are always looking for passionate people to join our team!
 

  • Sunday Mornings: Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary
     

  • Weekday Ministries: Awana, and Good News Clubs
     

  • Childcare Workers: Weekly Needs and Special Events

Worship Arts

​

We are a team whose purpose is to proclaim Jesus in our life, our craft, and in corporate worship.

​

  • Tech Ministry: Sound, Projection, Lights and Livestream
     

  • Vocalist: Lead or background vocals for our Traditional and Contemporary services
     

  • Instrumentalist: Piano/keyboard, bass, electric and acoustic guitar and drums
     

First Response​

​

Have a heart for discipleship? This ministry is for those who are ready to take on a new believer in intentional, one-on-one discipleship and guide them toward maturity in Christ.

Facilities/Grounds​

​

This team will aid our maintenance and janitorial staff with special duties related with the following:

​

  • Internal Facilities: Special event set-up/breakdown, and cleaning
     

  • External Facilities Watering, weeding and other duties related to our green spaces around our facility

Studio Team

​

At GCC, we believe in the power of media to bring our community closer together and to share the love of God far and wide.

​

  • On-Screen Talent:  Be the face of our church announcements, share weekly updates
     

  • Camera Operator: Operate cameras to ensure high-quality visuals.
     

  • Lighting: Create the perfect ambiance for our videos. Set up and adjust lighting to ensure clear and vibrant visuals.
     

  • Editing: Shape the final product. Edit and assemble recorded footage into polished, engaging videos.
