What is Awana?
Awana is a ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship for ages 3 through 12th grade. As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love, and serve Jesus, no matter their background. Each week, your child will be challenged to memorize Scripture and spiritual truths. There’s also a great time of fun and games. Don’t miss this opportunity for your child to learn more about God’s Word! ​

Club Overview
Cubbies
3 and 4 Year Olds
Cubbies® celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3-4 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.
Participants must be 3 years old
by July 31 of the current year
and be fully toilet trained.
Sparks
K-2nd Grade
Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.
​Sparks is divided into three years, each with a unique rank: HangGlider®, WingRunner® and SkyStormer™.
T&T
3rd-6th Grade
T&T engages third-through sixth-graders by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ’s grace.
T&T is comprised of four different handbooks:

Grace in Action: Examine the character and nature of God, information about the Bible and who Jesus is, and a better understanding of grace.

Evidence of Grace: Understand fundamental Christian beliefs, including the character and nature of God and the redemption narrative.

Agents of Grace: Study the attributes of God, the importance of biblical theology and the seven “I AM” statements of Jesus Christ from the Gospel of John.

Discovery of Grace: Discover the meaning of God’s grace and how it affects our lives by exploring attributes of God, why God gave us the Bible, Jesus’ death and resurrection, and the fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23.
Trek
7th and 8th Grade
Trek has biblically rich content with practical application for students' lives, helping them to answer these three important questions: Who am I?, Why am I here?, and Who’s with me?.
Trek students are eligible to compete in the Missouri Regionals competition held in January, if offered.
Journey
9th and 12th Grade
Journey establishes high school students as lifelong disciples through a deep study of God’s word, mobilizing them to live with godly perspective and evident faith.
