Mission Focus
The Navigator Calling is to advance the gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. The Navigator motto: Know Christ and make Him known

Ron's Testimony
Ron was born and raised in Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University with a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering. He has worked for Boeing Aircraft and served as an infantry and military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army including a tour in Viet Nam.
Ron joined the staff of The Navigators in 1970. He has led and supervised collegiate ministries in the Midwest as well as serving on the national leadership team for the Navigators Church Discipleship Ministry. As a senior Nav staff, he continues to coach Nav staff, disciplemakers, and disciplemaking leaders around the country. Ron writes a bi-weekly blog called “The Adventure of Discipleship” (www.rbennett.net).
His latest book called Rethinking Discipleship: The Quest, was published in January 2021.
Mary's Testimony
Mary grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA degree in secondary education. Mary came to faith at the age of 16 after a serious horse-riding accident. Mary taught high school in Grand Rapids, Michigan, before leaving to join The Navigator staff at Ball State University in 1971. She married Ron in 1972 and continued on staff with The Navigators, mentoring women in discipleship.
She raised a family of four children: Bryan, Robin, Rachele, and Jeremy. Bryan, suffering from serious brain damage at birth, went to be with the Lord in 2011. Mary continues to disciple women and invest in her eight grandchildren.
