Here's what happened in 2021 through YOUR generosity.
Our church has changed the world in 2021 through your 'Change for Change' missions giving. These giving campaigns are selected strategically to help our missionaries in times of special need, and for projects that enhance the gospel presentation around the world.
January
$3,865 was sent to Kentucky Mountain Mission to upgrade the shower facilities at the camp. This ministry finds a variety of ways to serve needy people and introduce them to Jesus.
February
$9,000 provided for food which our volunteers packed and sent to Haiti. We worked through Kids Against Hunger, assembling the packets at Mid Rivers Mall.
March
$13,600 was given to the McAtees . They serve in Greece, reaching not only nationals, but working with many refugees. These funds will help with the McAtee girls' education.
April
$4,636 was given for a baby shower for April and Dan McKee in Japan. The funds helped with medical and other expenses as well as new baby needs.
May
$10,431 purchased three cars for First Step Back Home, a ministry to the homeless in St Charles County. These cars were given to people who have jobs and are stable, but require transportation for work and other needs.
June
$4,590 was sent to Alpha Mission in India for aiding those devastated by the Covid epidemic in that country. This mission helps the needy, and in the process, proclaims Christ.
July
$6,694 was given to purchase the materials for a house to be built for a needy family in Mexico. Casas por Cristo works with national pastors to select the family and minister to them during and after the construction. Our team built the house in late December, providing housing, as well as a platform for local church outreach.
August
$12,000 was provided for the construction of a new deck for the Kendagors home. The Kendagors use their home extensively as they minister to international students and others in the St Louis area. They reach thousands of people weekly through their radio, TV, and internet ministries.
September
$10,000 was divided between all of our missionaries for “Christmas in September”. This special gift helps our missionaries have something extra for Christmas for their families, and know they are loved by GCC!
October/November
$30,000 was given for The Philippine Project through the C4C offering as well as Trivia Night. The money was for the construction of small apartments for the Filipino teachers, who, besides teaching at PEEI also take the gospel to thousands of public-school children every week.
December
$3000 was given to the Revell’s who relocated from Hungary back to the United States to help with moving expenses.

Because of your generosity, we were able to send $107,816 from Change for Change in 2021! This money has encouraged and blessed our missionaries, as well enabled them to continue their work to spread the gospel all over the world. Thank you so much!
