Will I receive a confirmation or a ticket?

No need to keep tabs on a ticket or confirmation email; we will have a nametag waiting for you when you arrive at the event! A reminder including any last minute details will be emailed to you a week prior to the event (so make sure you provide an accurate and legible email address on your registration). Your credit card receipt or cancelled check is your proof of purchase.

How do I get more information about the speaker?

What should I wear?

Anything goes! If you want to “dress to impress” that’s an option, but if you want to sport your most comfortable jeans you won’t be the only one.

Will lunch be served on Saturday?

No. Your ticket includes the Chocolate Indulgence on Friday evening and continental breakfast on Saturday. We will adjourn in time for you to enjoy lunch out with your friends if you choose to do so on Saturday afternoon.

Do you offer refunds if I am unable to attend?

We are unable to offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to another name. To do so, send an email to our registration chairwoman and she’ll be happy to take care of that for you.

I am only able to attend Friday evening or Saturday morning. Do you offer a discounted ticket for just one day of the event?

No. If you would like to send a friend (preferably a good note taker) to the portion of the event that you are unable to attend we would be happy to accommodate her. Just have her attend the event, pick up your nametag from the welcome table, and bring it to our registration team for a tag printed with her name.

I would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund for this event. How do I do that?

On the printable registration form there is an area where you can add a scholarship donation. In the unlikely event that we receive more scholarship donations than requests for scholarships, we will use the donations towards a future women’s ministry event.

I would like to attend, but am unable to pay the ticket cost. Will you offer scholarships?

We will offer scholarships on a first requested basis as scholarship donations become available. To request a scholarship please email your name, email address, and phone number to our registration chairwoman. She will send you a confirmation if we are able to grant your scholarship. If our scholarship need outnumbers the donations collected you will receive an email notification one week prior of the event.

Will childcare be available at the event?

No.

Will I be able to purchase books or other materials by Ellie Lafaro at the event?

Yes. Bring your purse and we will have a table available where you can purchase Ellie Lafaro’s publications.

Will you sell CD’s or DVD’s of the event?

We will sell CD’s only at a cost of $10. You will be able to pre-order a CD at the conference or by emailing your request to office@gcchapel.org no later than March 10th.

How do I get more information about other Women’s events at Grace Community Chapel?

Email Pam Russina at pam.russina@att.net and we’ll gladly add you to our Women’s Ministry newsletter distribution. Don’t worry, we won’t spam you! You can expect 4-5 emails per year.
