As I talk and interact with various students, it's obvious to me that many of us are dealing with some serious hurts and struggles.  Here is some scripture that we can all find hope in.  I know I do when I'm hurting:  Psalm 34:17-18 says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." The choir, orchestra, and praise team will present Forever Triumphant!, a new musical by Randy Vader & Jay Rouse that explores the eternal triumph over death that Christ achieved on the cross and in His resurrection.  We will present this worship celebration on Sunday, May 7, during the 9:00 and 10:30 services.



In many ways the launching of a new church is much like expecting your first child.  You find yourself with way more questions than you do answers.  After the initial rush of and excitement from the doctors declaration “Congratulations- You’re going to have a baby!"comes a flood of thoughts and concerns. Join us this Sunday night March 12 for a spaghetti dinner, praise music and discussion centered around the question of Why the church? or - What on earth are we here for?  We’ll meet in the sanctuary at 5:30 pm.  Childcare will be available.  Send an email or let us know Sunday so we can prepare the right amount of noodles.

Network is an opportunity to learn about Spiritual Gifts and discover which gifts God has given you.  You’ll also find out what motivates you as well as the unique style God has given you to do ministry.  A member of the Grace Network team will help you determine where and how to serve God in a place where you sense His pleasure!  Register this Sunday at church or contact the church office for more information. 

The Network Classes will be held Wednesdays, March 15, 22 & 29  @ 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Just a reminder that the next gathering for those interested in the New Church at Grace will be Sunday March 12 at 5:30 pm.  We will eat together, worship God together and consider the topic of Why the Church?  Why is it here on earth?  Is membership meaningful?

The primetime ladies will be taking a trip to the Missouri History Museum to view the President’s Ladies exhibit.  Admission is $5.00 & lunch will be at Meriwether’s.  Meet at the church at 9:15 a.m. and leave at 9:30 a.m.  Contact the church office for more information.



The public dedication of children is an opportunity for parents to dedicate their child to the Lord, and to commit themselves to raising the child for the Lord.
